No cooking , no oil used.Poblano Pepper was lightly grilled and roasted with eggs scrambled with Texas onions, mushrooms , shaved carrots, spinach and spices like ginger powder and black pepperPepper I picked had a nice place to put a slice of Persian cucumber and some diced beets.
