This post is from some old pictures I took , from the time when I was cooking non-vegetarian food. It’s a simple recipe with few spices.







INGREDIENTS / SEASONING (1 SERVING)
- Salmon : 2 fillet Medium size
- Leeks : 4 with greens
- Broccoli Rabe : a bunch
- Red Thai Chilli : 1/4
- Garlic : 1 Clove grated
- Ginger : 1 teaspoon grated
- Salt : 2 pinch
- Turmeric : 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper : 1 pinch
- Mustard oil : 1 teaspoon
- Lemon : half
DIRECTIONS

Mix Turmeric , Salt, Pepper, Ginger and Garlic in Mustard Oil.

Clean Salmon with a damp paper towel and marinade with it with Oil and Spice mixture.

In a pan heat some mustard oil braise Salmon, Leeks or green onion till onion change color to light yellow. Add some salt and black pepper and lemon juice and Thai Pepper, then add Broccoli Rabe.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take marinated Salmon place it in a baking dish with Leeks and bake covered for for 15 mins.

Carefully place in plate to sever immediately.
