- Turnip Greens : 1 bunch
- Mustard Greens : Small bunch
- black mung beans : 1 cup
- Dried Kashmiri Red chili : 2 whole
- Ground Ginger : 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Cushed Red Pepper : A pinch
- Seasalt : A pinch
- Fat free feta : 2 Teaspoons
- Mustard or Olive oil : 2 Tablespoons
- Minced Garlic : 2 Tablespoons
Directions

Soak black moong beans (Vigna Mungo) for 15 mins.

Saute minced garlic in a wok or a sauce pan till garlic turns slight light brown.

Add soaked beans to the pan at high heat and salt, turmeric, Kashmiri chillis and enough water to just cover beans.

Once beans are tender and still not done add chopped greens add pinch of salt and other spices.

Cook uncovered till greens are done 5-8 mins . Stirr occasionally.

Serve hot after sprinkling Fat free feta and dash of lemon juice.
Tips and tricks
This recipe can be made with any greens. You can include tofu, meat or eggs to add protine.
