Split and remove seedsStuff with Diced pumpkin and mushrooms sautéed with Texas Onions.Place cooked sweet potato , sage leaves and walnut in a plate.To make sauce bake sweet potato till soft blend with black pepper and yogurt.Warm sauce before plating and garnish with Sage Walnut Pesto made with Ghee instead of Olive oil.
